Carlos Sainz was a Rallye races pilot and nowadays he runs a Rallye Dakar. He won the Rallyes world champion in 1990 and 1992. Moreover in 2010 won the Rallye Dakar and his converted in the first spanish person to get this title. For me Carlos is a very good pilot and very technical because he runs the risk although the car to be a dreadful car. But Carlos has bad luck and he must have won more titles. I think that he was the best rallye racer in history and will never another racer with this quality.
